Environment
Gerry acts in a number of environmental cases:
- Acting for numerous corporations and Local Authorities on water conditions cases
- Acted for Gatwick Airport in a category 1 environmental disaster (BAA 2004)
- Acted for Transco Plc in a Category I environmental case
- Acts for the Environment Agency on policy issues
- Acts as Standing Counsel to BAA plc on health and safety, security and environmental matters.
In an earlier role, Gerry was Senior Crown Counsel in Hong Kong where he appeared in numerous high-profile reported cases (fraud, disasters, aviation, murder, health & safety, Vietnamese Riot Trials, environmental).
